Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for digital download PDF products unless there is an issue with the file that is our making. This policy is in place because digital files cannot be "returned" once downloaded, and ensuring the integrity of our products is a top priority. If you encounter any issues with your file, please let us know—we’re happy to assist and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel purchases of digital download PDF products because they are delivered instantly after purchase. Once the files are accessible, they cannot be returned or revoked. If you have any issues with your download, please let us know—we’re here to help.
